COACH SCOTT FRIDLEY'S COMMENTS
- As disappointed that I am from losing the match, I leave with a lot of hope for next year. We had times in the game where we controlled the ball and had multiple opportunities to not only get ahead, but even catch up later in the match. [Transylvania coach Ben Federici] has done a nice job with his team this year.
- When you play capable teams, you have to make good on your opportunities and make it difficult for them to score.
- All year, we have had moments of beautiful soccer. I really like my team and feel blessed that I get to work with them. We have a lot to be excited about. We will get better and make things more difficult for our opponents going forward.
- I want to say thank you to our four seniors and their time with the program and all they put into it. Onto the new year and everything that waits ahead for these boys.
