The Anderson University men's soccer team and Franklin College recorded dueling shutouts in a 0-0 tie during Saturday's Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) matchup in Franklin.
COACH SCOTT FRIDLEY'S COMMENTS
Even though I am a little disappointed that we couldn't finish the task at hand on the road, the boys worked hard. We did get a point on the road, but things are a little tougher getting into the tournament. They worked hard to the end and got another shutout. We missed a lot of good opportunities inside the 6-yard line, but fortunately Braydon Kennedy made a great save to preserve the shutout.
