COACH SCOTT FRIDLEY'S COMMENTS
- We are definitely fortunate to come out of there with a win. We didn't play well in the second half, but we found a way to get it done. I know it is always said that good teams find ways to win when things aren't going well and I hope that's us, because we are capable of playing a lot better than we did [on Saturday].
- Alma had a good game plan and had many opportunities to change the course of the game.
- As we wrap up the pre-conference season, I am proud of the boys for finding ways to win, building our confidence to work towards October.
- I thought Jaxon Gillig was excellent and saved a couple of balls out of the goal for us.
