Anderson Women’s Basketball Lands 13 in Latest Recruiting Class
The Anderson University women’s basketball program and head coach Jon Gin have announced the commitment of 13 players for the 2022-23 season. Izzy Davis, Kylie Hendrickson, Bella Larrison, Grace Marshall, Brooke Pocock, Emily Reed, Sydney Sierota, Lauren Smith, Maria Springer, Jada Stansberry, Amanda Thatcher, Mackinzie Toliver and Olivia Webb will represent the Anderson class of 2026.
The Anderson University women's basketball program and head coach Jon Gin have announced the commitment of 13 players for the 2022-23 season. Izzy Davis, Kylie Hendrickson, Bella Larrison, Grace Marshall, Brooke Pocock, Emily Reed, Sydney Sierota, Lauren Smith, Maria Springer, Jada Stansberry, Amanda Thatcher, Mackinzie Toliver and Olivia Webb will represent the Anderson class of 2026.
"I'm PUMPED for this 2022 class and can't wait to get them on campus," Coach Jon Gin said. "Coach Morgan Douglass and Coach Emily Langolf did an amazing job on the recruiting trail this year. This class will help build the foundation for AUWBB for years to come. I love their competitiveness, drive, and leadership capabilities on the court, but more importantly, all these players are great people and will help establish a positive, encouraging, family-like culture here at Anderson University."

The focus and emphasis on faith campus wide stood out to me and I'm excited to be a part of the women's basketball team, hopefully bring home some championships, grow in my faith and build life-long relationships as a Raven.

On my first visit I was genuinely welcomed by Coach Gin and Coach Morgan and as many jokes were made along the tour, I realized that this would not only be my second family, but also my home for the next four years. Also, with knowing the background of the faculty and staff, it made my decision much easier due to the opportunities I knew I could have to grow and learn in my career.
