Anderson University women's basketball seniors Payton Moore (Spiceland, Ind. / Tri) and Lexi Dellinger (Berne, Ind. / South Adams) each recorded double-doubles against Webster University on Friday in O.C. Lewis Gymnasium.
Moore posted 18 points, 12 rebounds and three blocks while Dellinger notched 14 points, 10 rebounds and three steals.
The Gorloks (1-0) put together a 74-47 victory against the Ravens (0-1).
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Webster converted 30-of-84 (35.7 percent) shots from the field while Anderson made just 17-of-70 (24.3 percent) attempts from the floor.
- Both teams were limited from the perimeter. The Gorloks hit 3-of-19 (15.8 percent) shots from 3-point range while the Ravens made 2-of-17 (24.3 percent) attempts from the perimeter.

- [Friday] was a good first step for us in a long growing process. We played hard and had some really good flashes. I loved the pace we played at. We just didn't shoot the ball very well.
