The Anderson University women's basketball team fell to NCAA Division I's Ball State University (8-4) by a score of 112-35 during Thursday's exhibition in Muncie.
Sarah Sewak paced the Ravens with 11 points and two steals. Makynlee Taylor contributed nine points while Bella Larrison turned in six points. Izzy Davis tallied four points, Lauren Smith added three points and Paige Williamson rounded out the Anderson scoring effort with two points. Kylie Hendrickson and Mackinzie Toliver each provided blocks.
Anderson, which is 5-5 overall and 2-2 in Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) play, faces off with Transylvania University (6-6, 3-1) in HCAC action on Saturday, Jan. 4 at 2 p.m. in Lexington, Ky.
