COACH JON GIN'S COMMENTS
It was another great team win. Everyone was locked in and I thought our defense really showed up. We didn't shoot it particularly well, but our energy never wavered and our defensive intensity stayed the same throughout. I was really happy with how we came out of halftime. We shared the ball really well and executed our sets.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Ravens converted 29-of-69 (42.0 percent) on shots from the field, while the Yellow Jackets hit just 14-of-58 (24.1 percent) attempts from the floor.
- Defiance was nearly perfect, shooting 17-of-18 (94.4 percent) on their free-throw attempts, while Anderson shot 11-of-22 (50.0 percent) on free throws.
- The Yellow Jackets hit 7-of-25 (28.0 percent) shots from 3-point range while the Ravens converted 7-of-28 (25.0 percent) attempts from the perimeter.
- The Yellow Jackets committed 22 turnovers to the Ravens' 16. The Ravens outscored the Yellow Jackets 22-13 off turnovers.
