SENIOR COMMENTS
- Brookelynn Cardwell – Obviously, it wasn't a perfect game. It was something where we came together at halftime. We were able to get over the adversity of our first half, come together in the second half and pull off the win on Senior Night for Jade, Lexi and I.
- Jade Shipley – We definitely had a slow start in the first half. I think we were just excited about it being Senior Night and overlooked the game a little bit. At halftime, we had to get our minds right and played the way we wanted to play in the second half and it paid off. We won by 18. I'm glad we had a great second half and played the way we wanted to. I'm just proud of everyone; we couldn't do what we did without everyone playing their role.
- Lexi Dellinger – Obviously, it was a big day for Brookelynn and Jade. They both play a huge role on our team. Jade is a great leader. She is a great shooter for us. She's an even better person off the court. Brookelynn brings a lot to the table on and off the court as well, just sacrificing a lot of her time and energy to our team and being a great role model off the court.
COACH JON GIN'S COMMENTS
I'm so thankful for our three seniors. They have been instrumental in helping us build our program. All their hard work and leadership is evident every time we play. It wasn't our best effort, but I'm glad we got the win and we're able to honor our seniors really well.
