Franklin College (11-6, 6-4) topped the Anderson University women's basketball team (8-9, 4-6) with a 94-75 victory during Saturday's Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) contest in O.C. Lewis Gymnasium.
COACH JON GIN'S COMMENTS
It's always tough losing in front of the home crowd. We just didn't bring the defensive intensity we needed against one of the best offenses in the league. They got too many easy baskets early to find a great rhythm and we couldn't get them out of it, but we'll get back after it and be ready for Wednesday.
