COACH JON GIN'S COMMENTS
It was a great hard-fought team victory. We really got our defense cranked up in the second quarter and it sparked our offense and we created a nice lead heading into halftime. In the second half, we are still learning how to close out games. I thought we did a better job of closing the tempo, playing aggressive without fouling and most importantly, limiting them to one-and-dones. Our bigs did a great job all night of boxing out and making it difficult for them to score inside.
