Fightin’ Engineers Secure Win against Ravens

Payton Moore contributed 11 points, eight rebounds, four blocks and three steals for the Ravens (5-9, 1-6). Hannah Hawkins produced eight points and three blocks. Kristin Dubois put together seven points. Cassie Pallett turned in five points and three steals while Jade Shipley added five points. Rylee Morris rounded out Anderson's scoring with three points. Carly Hackler also blocked two shots.
Nosa Igiehon recorded 18 points, 21 rebounds and seven blocks to lead the way for the Fightin' Engineers (2-12, 1-6). Hannah Woody also provided 13 points.
The Fightin' Engineers outrebounded the Ravens 49-34. Rose-Hulman held a 20-8 advantage in offensive rebounds and outscored Anderson 14-2 in second-chance points.
Rose-Hulman converted 17-of-60 (28.3 percent) shots from the field and 1-of-8 (12.5 percent) attempts from 3-point range. Anderson made 13-of-49 (26.5 percent) shots from the floor and 4-of-17 (23.5 percent) attempts from the perimeter.
The Ravens take on Bluffton University (9-5, 3-4) in HCAC action on Saturday at 2 p.m. in Bluffton, Ohio.
