Ravens Cruise to a 53-point Victory against Kalamazoo

The Anderson University women's basketball team (2-2) cruised past Kalamazoo College (0-3) by a score of 98-45 on Saturday in Anderson.

It was a great team effort [on Saturday]. I thought we played up to our standards and really dictate the pace of the game. We are tough when we are able to play at that tempo all game.

• The Ravens hit 15-of-42 (35.7 percent) shots from 3-point range while the Hornets converted 3-of-13 (23.1 percent) attempts from the perimeter.
• The Hornets committed 36 turnovers to the Ravens nine. The Ravens outscored the Hornets 41-4 off turnovers.
• The Ravens converted 32-of-82 (39.0 percent) on shots from the field while Hornets hit 11-of-46 (23.9 percent) attempts from the floor.
• Anderson went 19-of-24 (79.2 percent) on their free-throw attempts, while Kalamazoo sank 20-of-27 (74.1 percent) shots.
