The Anderson University women's soccer team moved to 3-0 after taking a 2-1 victory against Trine University on Wednesday at the AU Soccer Fields.

Hannah Planck (West Chester, Ohio/Lakota West) put the Ravens on the board in the 32nd minute. Harper Manion (Lebanon, Ohio/Bishop Fenwick) delivered a upfield pass to Morgan Reed (Haubstadt, Ind./Gibson Southern). Reed redirected the pass to Planck, who finished the score. Manion and Reed both received assists.

Anderson extended its lead to 2-0 in the 49th minute. Betsy Balish (Fountaintown, Ind./Triton Central) was fouled in the box as she was attempting to score. Emily Buchman (Fishers, Ind./Fishers) took the penalty kick and converted.

Courtney Reece drilled a goal for Trine (2-2-1) in the 71st minute to trim the deficit to one, but the Ravens led for the remainder of the contest.

Anderson outshot Trine 12-2. The Ravens also has seven shots on goal. Buchman notched four shots and three shots on goal. Planck registered two shots on goal. Manion and Reed produced two shots, including a shot on goal. Brook Neu (West Chester, Ohio/Lakota West) and Abbey Woodcock (Reading, Ohio/Reading) also added shots.

D'Anjrea Allen (Indianapolis, Ind./Perry Meridian) faced two shots and came up with one save.
