Four Ravens Receive All-HCAC Honors
Anderson University women’s soccer standouts Hannah Caes, Lillie Casey, Anhely Montes and Mandy Williams each received all-Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) honors, which was announced by the conference on Thursday.
Anderson University women's soccer standouts Hannah Caes, Lillie Casey, Anhely Montes and Mandy Williams each received all-Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) honors, which was announced by the conference on Thursday.
Caes, Casey and Montes each garnered second-team all-HCAC recognition while Williams received all-HCAC Honorable Mention.
Hannah Caes (Sr., Defender, Brownsburg, Ind./Bethesda Christian School)
- Career All-Conference Honors: (Second Team-Senior)
- Named to HCAC All-Tournament Team
- Started all 17 matches on defensive line that held opponents to 1.356 goals per match, which ranked 5th in the HCAC
- Overall Stats – 6 Shots, 3 Shots on Goal, 17 Games Played, 7 Games Started
- Coach Petch Costa's Comments – Hannah has been an exceptional defender throughout her senior season and her recognition on the all-conference team is truly well deserved. Her leadership and skills at the back have been instrumental in our success and we're thrilled to see her receive this award. We're incredibly proud of her and wishing her the best of the best for her future.
Lillie Casey (Jr., Forward, Loveland, Ohio/Goshen)

- Overall Stats – 3 Goals, 1 Assist, 7 Points, 21 Shots, 14 Shots on Goal
- Coach Petch Costa's Comments – I want to congratulate Lillie for an extraordinary season that has led to her selection to the all-conference team. Her dedication and hard work on the field have been instrumental to our team's success and we're excited to see her shine even brighter in her senior season.
Anhely Montes (Sr., Forward, Portland, Ind./Jay County)

- Overall Stats – 7 Goals (T-6 in HCAC), 1 Assist, 15 Points, 0.41 Goals Per Match, 29 Shots, 15 Shots on Goal, Started all 17 matches
- Coach Petch Costa's Comments – Anhely's performance as a forward and her achievement as the top scorer in her senior season has been outstanding. Her ability to find the back of the net and contribute significantly to our team's success is truly commendable. Her inclusion in the all-conference team is a testament to her talent and hard work, and we look forward to her continued success on and off the field.
Mandy Williams (Sr., Midfielder, Grand Ledge, Mich./Grand Ledge)

- Coach Petch Costa's Comments – Mandy has been an exceptional team captain and midfielder during her senior season.
