Anderson Women’s Soccer Signs Makayla from Team IMPACT

The Anderson University women's soccer team signed Makayla from Team IMPACT prior to Wednesday's Play for a Cause game.

Team IMPACT has provided opportunities to match children facing serious illness and disability with college sports teams across the country, creating a long-term, life-changing experience for everyone involved.

"We are excited to officially sign Makayla as part of the Anderson Women's Soccer team," Coach Jennifer Myhre said. "Team IMPACT's vision is to create a world where every child facing serious illness and disability feels supported by something bigger and every team is transformed by a greater purpose. When we're all in together, we all win together. Makayla has been a great addition and supporter of the team coming out to practices, games and team events. She is an inspiration to all of us and we are excited to be there to support her as well."
