Moore Selected to D3hoops.com Team of the Week

The Ravens received the program's fourth-ever national team-of-the-week selection. DeAnn Edge '99 collected the award twice during the 1997-98 season while Rachel Miller '02 earned the award during the 1998-99 season. Stats for the selection were based on games that occurred between Dec. 13-Jan. 2.
The Ravens (5-6, 2-2) went 1-1 in two Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) games during the stretch. Anderson fell to Hanover College (5-4, 2-2) by a score of 82-74 on Dec. 18 in O.C. Lewis Gymnasium. The Ravens blocked 12 shots, setting a new single-game record, during the game against Hanover. Anderson then dominated Bluffton University (6-5, 1-3) with an 81-52 victory on Sunday in O.C. Lewis Gymnasium.
Moore racked up averages of 19.5 points, 12 rebounds and four blocks during the stretch. The senior forward from Spiceland also converted 18-of-34 (52.9 percent) shots from the field. Moore notched 18 points, 13 rebounds and five blocks against Hanover. She then posted 21 points, 11 rebounds and three blocks against Bluffton.
Anderson clashes with Manchester University (5-5, 2-2) in HCAC action on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. in North Manchester.
