Anderson claimed the No. 6 seed, finishing with a 10-14 overall record and a 7-10 Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) record. Hanover took the No. 3 seed with a 13-9 overall record and a 10-7 conference record.
The Panthers swept the Ravens during the regular season. Hanover captured an 82-74 victory in O.C. Lewis Gymnasium. Anderson blocked 12 shots to break the single-game school record. Payton Moore notched 18 points, 13 rebounds and five blocks in that game. The Panthers then powered to a 77-57 win during the matchup in Hanover. Moore notched 19 points, 15 rebounds and six blocks.
Lexi Dellinger leads the Ravens with 22.4 points per game. Dellinger has converted 77-of-172 (44.8 percent) shots from 3-point range, 104-of-117 (88.9 percent) attempts from the free-throw line and 178-of-379 (47.0 percent) shots from the field. Among NCAA D-III leaders, Dellinger ranks fourth in 3-point field-goal percentage, sixth in scoring, eighth in free-throw percentage and 11th in 3-pointers made per game (3.21). In the HCAC, Dellinger ranks first in scoring, 3-point field-goal percentage, free-throw percentage, 3-pointers made per game, fourth in assist-turnover ratio (1.4), fifth in assists per game, seventh in blocking (0.8) and ninth in steals per game (1.7). She has also pulled down 6.1 rebounds per game.
Moore currently leads the HCAC in both rebounding (10.7) and blocking (2.36). Among NCAA D-III leaders, Moore ranks 23rd in blocking and 42nd in rebounding. Moore has scored 15.3 points per game, which ranks fifth in the conference. She has hit 129-of-275 (46.9 percent) shots from the floor and 78-of-106 (73.6 percent) attempts from the charity stripe. Moore ranks fifth in the conference in field-goal percentage. She has also contributed 1.7 steals per game.
Jade Shipley has contributed 10.7 points per game and drained 45-of-116 (38.8 percent) shots from behind the arc. Shipley ranks 28th in the nation and third in the conference in 3-point field-goal percentage. Shipley has made 2.05 3-pointers per game, which ranks fourth in the conference. Makynlee Taylor has produced averages of 6.6 points, 6.3 rebounds and 0.8 blocks. Taylor ranks 10th in the HCAC in blocking.
Allison Shaffer has provided 4.3 points per game and Cassie Pallett has tallied 4.0 points per game. Pallett ranks eighth in the HCAC with 2.5 assists per game. Rounding out Anderson's scorers include Reece Colclesser (3.2), Brynn Beard (3.0), Carly Holley (2.9) and Emma Parsons (0.5).
The Ravens hold a 3-point field-goal percentage of .334, which leads the conference and ranks 25th in the nation.
Taylor Heath leads the Panthers with 12.5 points per game. She has sunk 65-of-78 (83.3 percent) from the free-throw line. Among HCAC leaders, Heath ranks fourth in free-throw percentage, fifth in assist-turnover ratio (1.2), sixth in assists per game (3.2) and eighth in steals per game (1.8).
Grace Bezold has contributed 12.0 points per game and 6.4 rebounds per game. Katherine Benter has posted averages of 11.6 points, 5.6 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.4 steals. She has hit 35.0 percent (41-of-117) shots from the perimeter, which ranks eighth in the HCAC. Skylar Sahatjian and Addie Gardner has turned in scoring averages of 7.0 points and 6.7 points, respectively. Liz Tynan has also blocked 0.7 shots per game.
Hanover currently leads the conference in turnover (5.23) and turnovers forced per game (20.0).
