"Many say that soccer is not a fair game; if I am Wabash [on Wednesday], I probably agree with them." Coach Scott Fridley said. "They outplayed us in the first half and last 15 minutes of the game. Coach Keller always has his teams organized and in order. They are such a tough nut to crack. We relaxed a little in the second half and started working the midfield with success. Noah Neu was so good, he led us in the back. He was The Raven's Raven for [Wednesday's] game as the top player. I was proud of our resolve. Even when we didn't play well, we found a way to get it done. I'm proud of these young fellas."
Lewis produced a goal and an assist. Hall netted a goal and Tucker contributed an assist. Braydon Kennedy saved five of the six shots he faced. Luke Weinman V led the Ravens with four intercepts while Carson Reed led the Ravens with three steals. Lewis tallied four shots and three shots on goal. Ashton Kuss turned in two shots and one shot on goal. Hall and Weinman V each put their only shot on goal.
Anderson is set for two road matches. The Ravens take on The University of Olivet (0-2) on Saturday at 4 p.m. in Olivet, Mich. Anderson then faces off with Alma College (1-1-1) on Sunday at 4 p.m. in Alma, Mich.
