Anderson Inducts 2023 Hall of Fame Class
Anderson University inducted its 2023 Hall of Fame Class during the annual ceremony on Saturday.

During the ceremony, Anderson recognized Andrew Walukonis '04, Kriss (Eisenhour) Cesco '94, Kevin Vogt '84, Jan Koeniger '79 and the 1970 Football Team.
Walukonis competed in golf for the Ravens. He was a three-time all-Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) selection and a two-time all-district recipient. Walukonis captured HCAC medalist honors in 2001.
Cesco competed in track and field for Anderson. During her career, Cesco was a nine-time conference event champion, which includes four as an individual and five as part of a relay. She earned National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) All-District honors as a sophomore and was tabbed the Indiana Collegiate Athletic Conference (ICAC) Track MVP as a senior. Cesco qualified for the NCAA D-III Championships in the heptathlon as a senior, tying for eighth for all-American honors. She is ranked second in school history in the javelin and also ranks in Anderson's top 10 in the heptathlon and 4x400.
Vogt competed in football for the Ravens as an offensive lineman. Anderson captured Hoosier Buckeye Collegiate Conference (HBCC) titles in his freshman and sophomore years. Vogt was a two-time all-HBCC selection and a two-time NAIA all-district recipient. He was named Anderson's Outstanding Senior Male Athlete in 1983-84.
Koeniger was a three-sport standout for Anderson, competing in volleyball, basketball and softball during the 1975-79 Heritage Era. She was a member of the inaugural basketball and softball teams and joined volleyball in the program's second season. Koeniger was named Anderson's Outstanding Female Athlete in 1979.
The 1970 Football Team posted an 8-1 record and captured the Hoosier College Conference (HCC) title. Anderson advanced to the NAIA D-II National Championship game after taking down Minot State College 36-14 in the national semifinal game.
